MALIAN BREAKAWAY

Day 1: France - Bamako.
Flight France to Bamako: At your arrival, transfer towards your hotel to spend the night there. At night in the hotel.

Day 2: Bamako- Segou:
After the visit of the Malian capital one of the most authentic of Africa, panoramic sight, markets crafts and of recovery. You will set off in the direction of Segou, peaceful city at the edge of river, renowned for its magnificent colonial houses and its potteries, the most beautiful of Mali. Dinner and at night in the hotel.

Day 3:
continuation of your journey by Djenne, mythical stage for its mosque, built everything in Banco and covered in hard - packed surface every year after rainy season. Dinner and at night in a pleasant inn.

Day 4/5:
Cruise on the river for 3 days, you will navigate peaceful waters of the meetings full of tenderness with the inhabitants of places. In the evening, you will accost for pleasant bivouacs in the light of the moon, with for rustle the laughter of the villagers and their tom-toms. Dinner and at night in improved bivouac.

Day 6/7: Timbuktu.
Real intellectual crossroads, Timbuktu always charms by its history and its mysteries, where the caravanners made formerly a stopping place to put down their treasures.
It's also, in some metres of it, the beginning of Sahara and the dunes as far as the eye can see.
After the visit of the city, the walk in this ocean of sand. Dinner and at night in the hotel.

Day 8: Timbuktu- Douentza - Dogon Country.
Following the desert of Gourma, with for landscape. Far off Mountains, Hombori, you will join the most beautiful villages of the Dogon Country. Dinner and at night in dogon Inn.

Day 9/12: Discovery of the Dogon Country.
Road for the dogon country and the cliff of Bandiagara luxurious region of Mali. Discovery of the typical architecture, the traditional rites and the everyday life. You will have the opportunity "to palaver" with the ancient under "togunna" to Youga, Koundou, Banani and Tely. Dinners and at nights in Inn, bivouac or camp.

Day 13 Mopti:
Early in the morning, depart for Mopti "black Venice of Africa". Day dedicated to the visit of the city (fishing port, the manufacturing of dugouts and small tour in the middle of the local crafts). Dinner and at night in the Hotel.

Day 14/15: Terryabugu:
After a stroll to the market of San, arrived in the centre of Terrya bugu, unique for its actions and its development: presence of solar panels, a mini- zoo, and numerous agricultural activities. Dinners and at night in the Camp.
The next day, the visit of Bamako (national museum and the bridge of egrets) and flight for France.
